Jeff provides the visionary leadership, strategic thinking, and passion for the ministry. Jeff earned his B.A. from Moody Bible Institute. He serves as chairman of the board for Harvest India, and is the founder of Wallets for Water. He has been a pastor in the local church since 2000. Jeff and his wife Patti have 3 children.

Mike's heart is to introduce people to the greatest love of all, the Lord Jesus Christ and to see them flourish in every aspect of life. Mike is is married to the love of his life, Jessica. And the two of them are proud to call Tempe their home. He earned his B.S. in Christian Ministry with an influence in Counseling from Arizona Christian University and Moody Bible Institute. Mike has served the community Phoenix for many years, working to provide for inner-city youth and the homeless. He helps young professionals get plugged into churches all over the valley and is also a pastor at New City Church.

Between 2011 and 2013, Criselda served as a volunteer in different capacities; both at the gatherings and in the PHOENIX/ONE offices. She has her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Teaching. In 2012, she married her best friend and board member, Johnny Sweet. After five years of teaching, she felt like God was calling her to leave teaching in early 2013. As a part of the PHOENIX/ONE volunteer staff, her love for helping people and passion for unity will allow her to creatively dream to help advance the mission and vision of PHOENIX/ONE, while also raising two precious toddlers.

Along with Jeff, the following local pastors and marketplace leaders serve on the Board of Directors for PHOENIX/ONE.


alter Crutchfield has a very unique resume. A serial entrepreneur, Walter sold his first company at 19 before deciding to go into vocational ministry. Walter pursued undergraduate and graduate degrees in theology and then took that training back to the marketplace. He has been a leading executive of numerous companies, including Master Sports Inc., Computer Decisions International Inc., Solaire, and Jonesport Sports Management. Walter has also been a principal in many land development related companies such as C2 Commercial Properties, The Paladin Group, and Pentad Investments. In fact, Walter has acquired, sold, managed and/or developed over $300M of property in Arizona. Walters' ministry pursuits have led him to ordination and church planting, as well as speaking in ministry/business contexts all over the world. While a partner a Marketplace One, he was part of a team that built the One Institute into one of the premier Institutes for identifying and training next generation marketplace leaders to do business for the Glory of God. Walter is married to his childhood sweetheart Carol, and they have three children. They are also very proud grandparents to Owen Andrew Shehan. Walter serves as the Chairman of the PhoenixONE Board.

Dave graduated with a BSBA in Marketing at THE Ohio State University and has served the local church for over twenty years as a teacher, mentor, leadership developer, and elder board member. As the primary instigators and original founders of PhoenixONE, Dave and his wife Kathy have been married since 1982 and have lived in Phoenix since 2000. Their daughter Jayna lives in LA, and their son Johnny serves on the PhoenixONE board.


Brian, a Phoenix resident since 2005, has what many might call a varied career. After graduating from law school in 1999, Brian worked for Stinson Morrison Hecker, LLP in Kansas City, Mo. as an e-Commerce Attorney. Brian then worked as in-house Corporate Counsel for Sprint Corporation before leaving the full-time practice of law for the role of Family Pastor at his local church in Kansas City. Since making a career transition in 2004, Brian has earned a Doctorate in Ministry (D.Min.) from Bethel Seminary and is currently the lead pastor of a church in downtown Phoenix called New City Church (newcityphx.com). Brian also holds bachelor and masters degrees in Communication and teaches as an adjunct Professor at Phoenix College. Brian and his wife Gina, live in Central Phoenix with their three children.


imberlee received a BA in Psychology from Pepperdine University and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University. After graduating from Pepperdine, Kimberlee moved to Arizona where she has worked in marketing for the last five years. She is currently the Marketing Manager of Corporate Partnerships at Grand Canyon University. Kimberlee has been involved with young adult ministry for the past three years and acted as the volunteer director for a singles ministry at a Phoenix-area mega-church from 2007-2010.


ohnny is a young professional who has a front row seat to watch what God is doing in the city of Phoenix. He did the college thing a few years ago, graduating with honors from New Mexico State University (B.B.A. in Marketing). Various internships have taken him around the world, where hes served with street, outreach, youth, and young adult ministries. In 2010, he spent time in North Carolina, where he was deeply impacted by an impossibly cool thing called CHARLOTTE/ONE. To his great delight, God decided to use him as a catalyst to spark interest in what would become PHOENIX/ONE. Today, Johnny volunteers at both PHOENIX/ONE and his local church, and during the day, he works for a creative training/events company. He is married to the love of his life, Criselda, whom he met while serving at PHOENIX/ONE. Together, theyre having the time of their lives while trying to raise two rowdy, hilarious kids (boy/girl twins).


hristine is the former Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the Go Daddy Group of companies. She has testified numerous times before U.S. Congressional Committees in Washington, D.C. about various issues related to the Internet. She has also helped drive federal Internet-related legislation, including laws to keep the Web safe from child predators and rogue online pharmacies. She Tweets on Internet-related legal topics @AttyJones. Prior to joining Go Daddy, her legal practice focused on complex commercial litigation, including accounting and professional malpractice. Ms. Jones also worked for the Los Angeles District Attorneys Office prior to entering private practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University, a Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School, and is a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Jones currently serves on the board of directors of several non-profit organizations, and speaks frequently on a variety of Internet law-related topics.
